   3. Use the correct administration systems for the Care Industry qualifications and courses.
   4. Identify the resources available to Professional Care Trainers.

Assessment Methods

• Learners will produce a portfolio of evidence that includes assignments, session planning and course delivery.
• Learners will be observed delivering session to their peers by their Professional Tutor.
• Self-evaluations of teaching
• Peer evaluations of a session you deliver.
• Continuous observation during the course by Professional course Tutor.
